Hotel Astoria - Ulrichen

The staff were accommodating and helpful. Laundry facilities were a plus too! My room was quite dark ⚫️.

I asked for comfort room, it was brand-new and spacious. The inner courtyard view was spectacular, I enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was really close to the valley, the mountains, and restaurant.

The staff was extremely friendly, the accommodation was attractive and clean. There were extremely comfy beds and a work desk, a multi-channel television, and a sitting area in the family room. The food was great, with a huge variety of options. The breakfast was great and excellant, the check in was early.

Consider utilizing the ski storage and waxing facilities for hassle-free gear management after your outdoor adventures.

Really nice Hotel & Resturant, quite large room with terrace (with nice flowers in a planter), nice breakfast, and very frindely staff. We were stay there only 1 night and it's an excellent value for money

We came here by motorcycle to travel the mountain passes, and this is the perfect location for this. Peter at the hotel was very helplful and informative. We had a great time and will hopefully return.

The weather was excellent during our stay, and the rooms got very hot at night, I think due to the high standard of insulation within the building.

Breakfast was hearty with diverse cuisine options.

The room was dark and dated, definitely not what you'd expect for a supposed luxury hotel! Check-in was painfully slow, and the staff didn't even offer me a complimentary upgrade, a typical perk! This place has potential, but unfortunately, I just couldn't bring myself to give it a good review after all that. So disappointing.

This place offers a perfect 10/10 overall experience with a great restaurant serving amazing cuisine and affable staff.

The hotel offered a variety of fun activities like skiing and snowshoeing. We also appreciated the spacious room that accommodated us comfortably with two extra beds for the children.

In my wife's opinion, check-in could be quicker.

Astoria is super conveniently located near the train station and the center of the village. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The staff were friendly and spoke several languages, which really added to the comfort of our stay.

The friendly staff were pretty good, and the sauna provided a perfect end to our adventurous days. The rooms were clean and freshly renovated. Can't wait to book again!
